Combined wellness and practitioner groups
At Toni's wonderful Vajara center in Toluca Lake
Try to be on time as we just have 2 and a half hours
6.30 to 9 pm

Each person (if they want to) will give around 15 min -depending on how many are coming.
So there might be a guided meditation, an EFT demo, someone speaking on what they do, some exercises, etc etc. all with the group as a whole.
